Cancellation Policy

At Mind + Body Acupuncture & Wellness, we understand that your time is valuable-- ours is too! No-shows and last minute cancelations make it difficult to provide the best care for you and our other patients. We are always happy to work with you and reschedule your appointments when necessary. Giving us sufficient notice of schedule changes allows us to better serve you and all our clients. With this in mind, we require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations/reschedules. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be billed for the full amount of the scheduled appointment. This includes “no-shows” to scheduled appointments. This charge is not reimbursable by your insurance company and will be billed directly to you. We understand that emergencies happen. In the event of a true emergency causing you to miss an appointment without giving us a minimum of 48 hours notice, please reach out to us at (512) 541-9673 as soon as possible.
