How It Works:

• Submit your order using the form below. Please note, we stock single herbs only, no premixed formulas! Our order form will ask you to enter each herb you want in your formula and grams, and will add them up for you to give total grams. 

• Inform your patient to expect a text and email from us that includes a secure pay link. Payment must be completed before the order can be filled. Our clinic phone number is 512-541-9673 and our email is hello@mindplusbodacu.com

• We will contact your patient to coordinate pickup unless flat-rate shipping is selected. If shipping is selected, we will notify your patient when the order has shipped and USPS Flat-Rate tracking information will be provided. 

• Please allow us at least 24 hours from when the order is paid to fill the order and have it ready for pickup or shipping, Monday-Saturday. We are closed Sunday. Orders received after 12 noon on Saturday may not be filled until the following Monday. 

• If no one is in the office when your patient wants to pick up, we have an after-hours drop box and will inform your patient where to pick up their herbs. 

• If you need a same-day order, submit the form AND send us a text at 512-541-9673 requesting a same-day pickup. We cannot guarantee it but will do our best to accommodate same-day orders. 

• We do not currently have the capacity to track and manage number of refills. If you need a refill script, submit the form again OR text us with the patient name and the date of the original script to be refilled.
